A family-owned and women-led company, ExpressIt’s foundation is built upon a steadfast dedication to break the status quo.
ExpressIt is a final mile logistics company based in Boston. They came to us with hopes of modernizing their parent brand (ExpressIt) and developing a cohesive strategy and identity for their sub-brand, EXP Delivery Solutions.
For a successful launch, we needed to solidify new narratives and audience personas to best capture the right tone and personality for the ExpressIt conglomerate. We used audience mapping and creative concepts to bolster our UI/UX approach and strategy for their information architecture. The resulting outputs were then used to inform the overhaul of both brands and digital presences.
We created a comprehensive new brand identity for EXP Delivery and ExpressIt backed by research and vertical strategy. Our deliverables included two full brand systems, accompanying websites, and matching print collateral.
